“Having loved keeping fit from my teens, keeping my weight down was always a priority. Having gone through pregnancies and menopause, my weight fluctuated all over the place. I’ve tried Weight Watchers and Slimming World, and although it taught me to prepare fresh meals from scratch, it was never about counting calories. It was counting points!
